SENIQ Warranty

Your SENIQ gear is made to be worn outside, put to work, and taken on plenty of adventures. We care about the quality of what we make, and if something isn't holding up the way it should, we want to know about it.

SENIQ offers a 365-day warranty from the original purchase date for product issues caused by a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship.

Something not right with your gear?

Reach out to us at hello@seniqbrand.com with a few photos of the issue, along with your order number or proof of purchase and a quick description of what you're experiencing. Our team will review everything and determine whether the issue falls under our warranty.

If your claim is approved, we'll work with you on the best available solution. Depending on the product, issue, and available inventory, that may mean replacing the affected item or providing another appropriate resolution.

Because many SENIQ colors and styles are seasonal, we can't always guarantee that the exact same product will still be available. If it isn't, we'll work with you to find another option.

For sets, warranty coverage applies to the individual piece experiencing the issue rather than the full set.

What counts as a manufacturing defect?

A manufacturing defect is an issue with how the product or its materials were made—not damage that happens as a result of normal use, an accident, or the natural life of the product.

Every claim is a little different, so our team reviews warranty requests individually.

What isn't considered a warranty issue?

We expect your SENIQ gear to show signs of the places you've taken it. Normal wear from getting outside isn't considered a manufacturing defect.

Our warranty generally doesn't cover:

  • Everyday wear and tear
  • Cuts, tears, punctures, snags, or abrasion caused by ski edges, rocks, trees, falls, sharp objects, or other outside factors
  • Stains or other cosmetic damage caused after purchase
  • Damage caused by an accident or improper use
  • Damage resulting from washing, drying, or caring for an item differently than instructed on its care label
  • Natural fading or changes to fabrics and materials that occur with wear and time
  • Lost or misplaced removable pieces or accessories
  • Products that have been altered, customized, or repaired outside of SENIQ
  • Secondhand purchases or products purchased from an unauthorized seller

Not sure where your issue falls? Reach out anyway. Email us at hello@seniqbrand.com with some photos and information about what happened, and our team will take a look.

Bought your SENIQ somewhere else?

If you purchased your SENIQ gear from one of our authorized retail partners, you'll need proof of purchase showing the original purchase date for us to review a warranty request.

We recommend contacting the retailer where you made your purchase first, since they handled the original transaction and may be able to assist you directly. If you still need help, you can always reach us at hello@seniqbrand.com.

Secondhand purchases and products purchased from unauthorized sellers aren't eligible for warranty coverage.

Ready to submit a claim?

Email hello@seniqbrand.com and include:

  • Your SENIQ order number or proof of purchase
  • A few clear photos of the product and the issue
  • A short description of what happened
  • When you first noticed the issue

From there, our team will review your claim and let you know what comes next.

We may occasionally ask you to send the item back so our team can inspect it before making a final warranty determination.

Submitting a claim doesn't automatically mean an item will qualify for replacement. Warranty eligibility and the appropriate resolution are determined by SENIQ after reviewing the individual circumstances.

Gear is meant to be used.

A scuff from a ski edge, a snag from the trail, or some fading after a lot of sunny days can be signs of a well-loved piece of gear—but they're different from something going wrong with how the product was made.

If you aren't sure which one you're dealing with, send it our way at hello@seniqbrand.com. We'd much rather take a look than have you wondering.
