We're looking for outgoing, organized people who love the outdoors and want to be the local face of our brand inside the retail stores that carry our product. As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll visit a small set of stores near you on a regular cadence — making sure our product looks great on the floor, the staff knows how to sell it, and we stay close to what's happening in each store.

This is a flexible, part-time contract role ideal for someone who already knows the specialty outdoor and active retail world — a former retail associate, brand ambassador, fitness or outdoor industry pro, or anyone who's great with people and likes working independently.

• Visit assigned stores on a set schedule (monthly, quarterly, or seasonal depending on the account).
  
• Merchandise the floor: make sure our product is well-placed, stocked, and displayed to brand standards; refresh signage and point-of-purchase materials.
  
• Train and energize store staff on our latest products, features, and what makes them worth recommending.
  
• Build relationships with floor teams so we're a brand they know and trust.
  
• Report back with quick visit notes and photos so we have a clear picture of each store.

• You live within ~1.5 hours of the stores in your market.
  
• Comfortable and confident talking to retail staff and customers.
  
• Reliable, self-directed, and organized — you'll manage your own visit schedule.
  
• A genuine interest in the outdoor / active lifestyle and our category.
  
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone for visit reporting.
  
• Prior retail, merchandising, brand ambassador, or field rep experience is a plus (not required).

• Paid per visit (~$100 average), with mileage reimbursed at the prevailing IRS standard rate.
  
• Travel and materials reimbursed when a route requires them.
  
• Set your own visit timing within each store's cadence — this works well alongside other part-time work.
  
• This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
