How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days to return your item(s) in their original condition. Check out our Return Policy for additional details and requirements.

How do I initiate a return?

Please visit our Returns Portal to initiaite your return. Please be sure to read our Return Policy before requesting a return to ensure your items qualify. 

Can I get refunded in cash or a different form of payment?

We refund your original form of payment or issue store credit.

How do I initiate an exchange?

Will my return shipping costs be covered?

We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time. 

SHIPPING: 

Do you offer free shipping?

We are delighted to offer free shipping on orders over $250. 

How fast will my order arrive?

Head over to our Shipping Policy to read more about fees and timing associated with shipping. 

Do you ship to PO boxes and remote locations?

Yes! We’re happy to offer shipping to PO boxes and remote locations. However, we can ship through standard shipping only. Please allow for additional time for shipments. 

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

We are able to update your shipping address before the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Be sure to always double check your shipping details before you confirm your order. 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you a shipping confirmation once we ship your items. 

We include the shipment’s tracking number so you can follow your items on their journey home. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the USA and Canada. If you live elsewhere and would like to place an order, email us so we can best assist you!

Duty is not included in international orders at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience!

PAYMENT: 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards.

We are unable to split payments between multiple credit cards.
