Will my return shipping costs be covered?

The flat rate return fee for US orders is $10, and for international orders is $20.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are delighted to offer free ground shipping on U.S orders over $275.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States and to most countries worldwide. Due to carrier limitations, trade restrictions, and local regulations, shipping is unavailable to select countries and territories. If your destination is unavailable, you'll be notified during checkout.

How fast will my order arrive?

Do you ship to PO boxes and remote locations?

Yes! We’re happy to offer shipping to PO boxes and remote locations. However, we can ship through standard shipping only. Please allow for additional time for shipments. 

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Please reach out to hello@seniqbrand.com as soon as possible with the address change and we will do our best to update your address prior to shipping.

Once the order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order. 

Be sure to always double check your shipping details before you confirm your order. 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you a shipping confirmation once we ship your items. 

We include the shipment’s tracking number so you can follow your items on their journey home. 

Do you ship internationally?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards.

We are unable to split payments between multiple credit cards.
