I got these to visit the National parks in Utah and it was amazing! As a plus sized girly the XL fit me perfectly. I’m a size 16-18 and 5’3” and the length was perfect! I was able to move even do cute hiking poses in them and not feel restrained. I was crawling and in the red rocks and they didn’t stain, didn’t rip, and were breathable. Don’t hold your bathroom break with these because you do need to unlatch yourself on both sides. I loved the security of a zipper button lock and hooking the belt without feeling cinched in the worst ways. The colors are so fun and I felt so confidence tackling these parks :) got these at REI btw (I tried on 7 different pants from brands prana, REI, Colombia, north face) and these were the best fitting pants for my body type

Very stylish, but not the most practical for hiking or backpacking, especially in Texas heat and humidity. The material was thicker and heavier than I expected, and the button-and-belt closure was more cumbersome than convenient, especially when you're on the trail and rushing to the outhouse.

I was really excited and thought these would be both stylish and practical for long-distance hiking, but unfortunately these only delivered on the style.

Love my Trailmix cargo pants. Recently completed 9 day hike on High Sierra Trail wearing these pants and can't recommend them enough for comfort, quick drying, and deep pockets for hiking and flattering. Even received compliments from fellow female hikers on trail. My husband commented on day 8 that my pants look like they wear cleaned and pressed and I had been wearing them for 8 days straight on trail while hiking and straddling trees, and crawling under brush on knees!

I LOOOOVE my new cargos so much! they are cute, super comfy, well made and short girl friendly. I’m 5’1 and they hit just below the ankle. so excited about these and may have to snag another color :)
