I had a small issue with my first order due to some damage during shipping, but customer service was incredibly responsive and quick to make it right. A great experience overall. The hat itself is adorable and I’m completely obsessed with the colors! The wide brim offers excellent sun coverage, which is perfect for long hikes and outdoor adventures. The only thing I’d tweak is adding an adjustable feature for the head circumference size. It has an elastic band that works fine, but having an adjustable fit would make it even better. Still, I’m super happy with my purchase and highly recommend it!
